A bit of history on Miss Coates...Sire and Dam both go back to the Old Kent Horse aka Micky Harriton's horse. Miss Coates stands just under 15h. She is scanned and confirmed in foal to a top stallion (photos coming) - due May 2008.
Miss Coates has produced 3 fillies - Her 2004 filly sold on Watton 2 years ago by Billy West for £14k sterling...then Andrew Malden bought her for £24k and bred a filly from her. That newborn filly foal (Miss Coates Grand Daughter) has just been sold for £30k. One other of Miss Coates's fillies has just been weaned and she is not for sale, the other one was sold and highest price so far was £20k!
Miss Coates is the Grand Daughter to Original Shogun on one side - Her Mother was the first mare to make £10k...Bunny Holmes bought her (the dam) and then went on to breed Miss Coates from her. Whew...that's a lot of history!
Below Miss Coates is pictured in England just before import. Please excuse the dirt...it's winter over there! Updated photos to come shortly. Be sure to check out Miss Coates and her latest video clip on Webshots!
